Learn about Google Cardboard first step
Sep 30, 2017

If you've heard of the rise of virtual reality in recent years, have you ever heard of cardboard-even if you don't know. Cheap VR headphones sold by your Wal-Mart or other local retailers? This new High-tech observer in toy R ' we? Both are examples of products designed around the Google Cardboard platform.

But what exactly is Google Cardboard, and what should you buy? If so, what are the first steps you should take to get started? Let's go in and find out!

What is Google Cardboard?

As we have already said, Google Cardboard is a VR platform. But what does that mean? Well, a few years ago, Google decided to create a fully open, Low-cost VR platform that anyone could design. They created a specification that is currently (possibly permanent) in version 2.0, instead of selling their own cardboard devices, they make it possible for individual consumers to build their own. They also make it entirely possible for companies to make their own cardboard compatible headphones, such as the above budget for VR headphones or view Master.

In the most basic form, cardboard is made of cardboard, and you must keep it in your face. Luckily, there are many other upgrades that add new materials (plastic, foam, etc.), straps, so you don't have to hold the audience yourself, and even have several options to add extra buttons or special controllers/remotes. Finally, this means that if you build your own cardboard-compatible products, you can get a small amount of money, or up to $100 + if you can use a high-end model made from solid material and add some additional additional features on top.

Whichever cardboard viewer you choose, they all have one thing in common: they need a jelly bean or an updated Android phone to take full advantage of the cardboard application ecosystem. The good news is that if you buy a new phone today, it will meet the requirements, and frankly, almost any cell phone that has been released over the past two or three years may not have any connection.
